Lisa Marie Platske, CEO of international leadership development company Upside Thinking, Inc., speaker, business coach, and author, is deeply invested in her community and doing what she can to make the world a better place.

Lisa Marie has donated her time, resources, and expertise to helping abuse victims at the local Alternatives to Domestic Violence shelter where she delivers workshops custom-designed to improve victims' self-esteem and equip them with emotional health and leadership tools that will enable them to successfully rebuild their lives.

In the last three years, she has donated countless hours of training and coaching services to help business owners in the area, served as Director of the For You Network  and quadrupled their membership in just one year.As the Vice President, Fundraising for a non-profit organization which serves her community by providing emergency relief services to those in need, she recruited dozens of businesses to sponsor families over the holidays and more than doubled the number of homes the organization was able to serve.

Today, she also serves on the boards of the following organizations: the Greater Riverside Chambers of Commerce, the Moreno Valley chapter of the For You Network (an affiliate of the National Association of Female Executives), the Riverside Education Endowment Foundation, the Inland Empire Women's Business Center , and CalState University San Bernardino's Business Alliance.

This is a woman who goes well beyond talking about the importance of giving back and actually lives her message.
