This is intended to be a collection of businesses who do more than just meet consumer needs - they work for a Greater Good. Whether it's a clean environment, better public education, increased arts funding, and end to homelessness, support of medical research - these companies are making the world a better place.

Lots of paved land surfaces are currently available for reforestation. Look at the center of almost any city or town and you will see opportunities for little pieces of land, sometimes only a 2-foot wide sliver of asphalt in the middle of a street, to be given back to nature by planting the right kind of vegetation.
