Dear colleagues

These days we see and hear a lot about global warming, environmental pollution, waste recycling through the print and visual media. Most of the developments are taking place at the governmental and international levels. I think there is a need to create a general awareness in common people about the issues that affect the sustainability of life on the earth. The issues are all-encompassing and there are no bounderies of any kind. It will be possible to restrict global warming and effectively tackle the menace of pollution, when common people participate in the movement. Sustainability should be adopted and promoted as a way of life.
