Memorial Day is a day to remember those who have given their lives in service to our country.  However,  it is also a time to think of our commitment to our living veterans. Unfortunately, a report from the Inspector General of the US Department of Veteran Affairs found that there are many gaps in treatment for veterans with post-traumatic stress disorder (PTSD or TBIs).
