Mr. Keylin has educational experience in Washington State as both a high school teacher at Auburn High School and as a principal and superintendent in the Queets-Clearwater School District. He holds a Washington State teacher certification as well as a principals’ credential. Mr. Keylin received a bachelors’ degree from Illinois Wesleyan University and a masters’ degree in guidance and counseling from Pacific Lutheran University.
Mr. Keylin also served as chief communications officer for Red Robin International in its early days, and went on to direct the marketing efforts for Consolidated Restaurants and KXRX Radio before venturing out on his own. He managed Keylin & Associates, a marketing consulting firm specializing in event creation and production, for almost ten years.
Mr. Keylin went on to serve as the marketing director for Empty Space Theatre, helping to focus their branding and identity efforts, before becoming the Executive Director of Youth Theatre Northwest, this region's oldest and largest theatrical education institution for kids aged 3-18. He has been at the helm of YTN for five years.
