My Bio

Growing up in the big sky state of Montana, Todd learned first hand the value of relationships, hard work and community at a young age. After attending the Business School at Eastern Montana College, Todd has 18 years of experience in the business community building his acumen and relationship network. The majority of those years were spent working for Bernard Rapaport, the billionaire CEO of American Income Life Insurance, where Todd started in sales and successfully worked his way up to the top agent in the nation and a role as regional manager. Over the years, Todd has developed a wide and influential association of business relationships throughout the northwest.

May 2005, I'm co-founder of the Seattle/Northwest chapter of the Keiretsu Forum, the largest angel network of accredited angel investors in North America and globally. I launched our chapter in September 2005 and since then we have funded 55 companies in our K4 Northwest chapters, which include: Earth Class Mail, Adina World Beat Beverages, Waterstone (sponsored by ScanlanKemperBard Companies), Lagotek, Nau, Inc., LINQware, Spencer Technologies, Organic to Go, Chelsey Henry, Ontela, Coscomm International, Pacific West Land to name a few.

Todd donates considerable time and energy to several regional charities and non-profits including the City Team Men’s Homeless Shelter, Hope Heart Institute, Friends of the Children, America Foundation for Chess, American Cancer Society, and the Washington State Wine Industry.

My goal is that entrepreneurs fulfill their dreams. The reason for bringing Keiretsu Forum to the Northwest was to create a foundation of expertise, resources and capital to help our entrepreneurs be successful. In addition, I personally strive to keep the level of standards, ethics, decorum and integrity very high; to facilitate growth and in effect, “lead the leaders” of our local community.
